The delivery went zz (zzap) in good cardboard packaging with cushions. Battery looked new and unused and the contacts were good. The tool provided is useful and good. The same applies to the German-language assembly instructions. After initially more necessary initial charging the battery to 100% it holds charge until the next several days. Performance so as new! Would I order again.
