Be careful when buying products Magix!

For those who do not read the fine print: All Magix products except a few older versions (you must first halt exactly the EULA read) and the PRO versions are intended solely for the private non-commercial use. This means the sound, video, instruments, etc. for commercial purposes with may be integrated into one's own work.

Commercial use occurs when, for example, a YouTube video is monetised is therefore money through advertising or even the intention to earn, regardless of whether actually so money was made. Everything that violates the copyright of Magix.

Unfortunately, an exclusively private use on the package or description is not seen that is only just in the EULA. The Pro versions are simply too expensive for hobby and the Magix page "Catooh" can be purchased on the licenses, is too confusing and incomprehensible in terms of royalties and how these have to be paid (once, annual, monthly, per video or piece of music? ?? etc.).

Who uses Magix only privately, for the possibly what the programs are bad but not too expensive as a mere tool. Only as a tool is also possible commercial use, the software has been purchased but due to I'd say "additions" to their own content to spice things up. Cut a couple of videos and record sound you can then also with freeware that can cost even nix further than just the basic functions but also nothing.

Unfortunately, one can not open the software and return the support of Magix replied at Amazon:

"A withdrawal by us is not possible. It is not a technical problem where we can initiate a withdrawal.

I feel my life too bad as I argue with Magix me but the situation is not "do not like" but saw a commercial complaint.

For me, the lack is that both products could be seen immediately that this is an exclusively intended for private use program version. If you want to use the program in full and may also use it for commercial use violates the copyright of Magix.

Now I have MAGIX Samplitude Music Studio 2015 and MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2015 Premium bought and got over 200,00 Euro paid for, in my view a demo version. Now I have to use Gammel like a freeware version or I would still times really dig deep into his pocket and what drauflegen. I rarely got me so upset and would certainly never buy a Magix product again!

On the pack of Music Studio front is even big plan "for songwriters and producers" !!! This suggests that in no case this is also a useful commercial software. Producers want namely not make money, no, that would have never been.

If you consider that I bought the stuff to get no problems with copyright on YouTube, that's preposterous. My review is identical for both products, read once is enough.
