The device itself is great and very versatile. The advertised cooking times are slightly understated, more akin to normal. French need 45 minutes and a chicken nearly an hour, but tasty. Unfortunately, I had the misfortune that, (which is usually even any simple hand mixer to hear) was the recipe book not included in the package in which I had chosen provider. Without any indication of reference values for time and temperature of this device is completely nonsensical. The manufacturer I can then buy it later / need (14.95 plus postage !!). My tip: pay attention not only on price, but it is the recipe book specifically mentioned in provide off!
