About the quality of the product (normal towels) even we can not complain because it was never used by us. We had 2 of these Sets / ordered in brown beige. However, as it is the brown color in harmony at all with our bathroom. That the color of the product shown on the Internet does not always coincide with the real color occurs. That's why we wanted to order the same canceled & Sets in shades of cream / beige. After the cancellation me a free return label from DHL was submitted, and this was the first place not apply to Austria and there is secondly only a packing station in our state which is located about 70km. In recent request no response came only on Amazon, we got the answer we have to pay for the shipping itself. Stay away when ordering from Austria, for orders from Germany we can not speak. Also, my customer review of Amazon has been deleted ..
