Conclusion: The drills have a much longer "life" than the diamond drill bit (the first diamond managed just about 1 mm) and were much easier to use, because they are centered by the tip itself. With good cooling (brush with water), slow speed and a lot of patience (more than 30 min / 6-mm well), I then get gradually my 5 holes in the tile.
