The bike Pennant makes a high quality impression and is designed to be stable and beautiful. We bought him as a substitute for our bicycle trailer after the original had been lost. As the pennant on the trailer is only plugged, we had to remove only the identification plate on Pennant metal retaining clip - it was quite some use of force necessary, but this positive aspect, because the holder is supposed to be stable. Conclusion: Educational is a Capt'n Sharky Pennant probably not, but believe in all other categories the product all along the line.
