I initially bought the RAVPower 24W Dual USB charger, which (100mA) but horrible squeaks under low load.

This here is very quiet, both under partial and full load. It is also significantly smaller, sleeker, the LED very decent (especially at night) and also the cable management is much more practical than the RAVPower (cable plugged from below, they are therefore not folded).
