The design of the plancha is very pretty, white ceramic is superb, small flat on the wood support, we see spikes (nails) which protrude slightly on the upper wrists but this is a minor detail, and can be unique Unfortunately my model. Ceramics reaches the desired temperature the thermostat is simple.
Be careful when using if you put too much oil or fat product making, there will brulantes splashes. plancha is curved to allow the fat to flow into the drain pan, and foods also slip, thinking when cooking layout to avoid clogging the orifice. The plancha is suitable for 4 people, for 6 it seems too small.
After use, cleaning is fast but it is better to wait until it cools down too much because it will remain light traces that tarnish the original white.
In conclusion, this is a plancha, efficient and aesthetic, but the lack of information on its use is a negative for optimal use. I advise for anyone wanting a small family for plancha.
