Beautiful object to put in the kitchen! And especially as convenient and efficient as the steamer with plastic baskets which itself is less bcp good for health ... And easy to maintain: a brush under water (! Especially not soap) and voila. Let dry. I am thrilled with this purchase and would recommend vivemenent to all who care about their (good) health.
