... In the lamp holder missing 3 of 4 screws. The 4th screw was turned as hard pure that you did not even get out, because a screw driver no longer fitted. The screw was already so worn that the screwdriver was not a pack of more. With great difficulty we were able to turn the screw out with pliers.
Fortunately we had 4 suitable screws. The lamp could therefore be still attached to the ceiling.
Since my lamp has very good liked, I apart from an exchange. Yet the missing bolts were very annoying and basically a joke.
