My daughter loves mia & me. Since the case appeared to be a perfect gift from Santa Claus. It also came on really well and was tested right away. Unfortunately, we found out that a puzzle was missing a part. We have really similar not to drop it It just was not included in the package. Well, the other three were complete, but something may in a puzzle do not just happen. Why only three stars
