Since this is my second copter in addition to the DJI Phantom, I would like to respond mainly to the differences (subjective) here.
1. the blade is slightly smaller and significantly lighter, but is supposed to support its own weight in addition (?!?) So ca 600g. The case is "elastic" than the Phantom. This, however, does this also to be more stable.
2. The "newcomers" -Flugmodus (Smart mode) is too simplistic, as is without any basic understanding of a drone in the sky moves at home on a games console screen. For me not to be used. But for someone who deals with the question: "Why can not fly the thing, and what should I do" does not want to employ safe ok.
The advanced mode "Stability" .Clothing is ok. BUT: it corresponds approximately to the ATI-fashion at DJI. There is NO auto level height control, otherwise the self-stabilization is not quite as active. That means you have to intervene much more. And by GPS "sedentary" of fashion is not !! Because I miss the GPS mode by DJI. As you fly quite active part, but it can be anywhere at any time "stand". Well the video turning. A similar mode to Smart mode the blade there is, incidentally, also, but must somehow first be selected in the software IOC or something like that. But I do not care.
3. The Agility fashion I have not tried it yet. Since I stay only once in the first experiments at the DJI and more recently, in a nano-Quadrocopter. But should be as agile as the DJI in manual mode after the videos on the net.
4. Accessories There is a huge selection of the DJI (see eg my review there). Now the blade is not so long in the market, will therefore still come, I think.
5. The battery compartment cover is included as much labbriger the DJI. One is afraid that when you insert a cable could come off and sliding the battery somehow separated only by mini-pads on the motherboard. And then a mini-Velcro to "fix". BUT: go here without any problems 2400 mAh battery clean that you have to squeeze the DJI formally.
The wall plug at Blade for the battery are a disaster. This blue connector (strike by himself, like the hot) are made of soft plastic so that with very little force effort polarity reversal is possible, so be extremely careful. There are descriptions in the network that a short contact is enough and the main board is scrap ...... The yellow plug the DJI are much better. That's why I put in the copter directly to the blue part of an adapter on yellow and fly non-stop with the original battery but my DJI batteries (same size, same values).
6. Now for the flight characteristics: The blade is more agile, because lighter and similarly powerful but much less novice suitable (at least in the Stability mode). The "rethinking" the Smart mode (beginner) to Stability (advanced) includes in one fell swoop a number of steps. That's how completely relearn fly. And Attention (write the Horizon itself in the manual): As one ascends in Smart mode and then in a few meters above sea level switches on Stability mode, he bagged first time properly from, and you have to catch him right away. This is because that the control is completely different in the two modes. Since this is essentially einfachter the DJI. because if you switch during the flight, actually nothing happens, only that he is a little unstable as a whole and you have to control more. This is an optimal learning step, because you can deal with any problems ..
Conclusion. Both Kopter are (almost) the same (price) class. Those who do not want to deal with aviation and only a kind of airborne crane for his camera (eg, GoPro) needs better accesses to the blade. But whoever examines the challenge of flying, is at home in both Koptern, because could the both. For my taste, the better the somewhat more stable and much more extensible Accessories DJI Phantom (1er !!), the there should be much cheaper soon, because of the 2 came out, the for me, apart from the larger battery compartment is probably never the higher price for the 2er Phantom justifies.
When I flew sometimes SO2 months with the blade I will report again.
