Beautiful songwriting from Germany!

I've gained the album predecessor of Spaceman Spiff me some time ago and was surprised and delighted with the texts and the matching successful as economical instrumentation.
With this new album, it now comes in a completely different direction. Was there in the two predecessors mostly just a guitar as sing along to hear, so rock instrumentation is now trendy to a much broader set, electronic wabbernden sound structures included. This creates a wider sure Hörgemeinde (every artist wants him some day be able to live from his art) and also reinforced the inhaltichen approach so some Songexte. But ... and I have at least felt so, so many times is the voice of the singer in the provided musical accompaniment slightly below or is swallowed downright. That is too bad! For what Spaceman Spiff are distinguished his lyrics. Whether it is just to the mix or a simple majority of music I can not say, but that's my Nominated criticism of the new album.

Otherwise, again very beautiful texts that repeatedly give room to more private reflection and exciting.
