The film is a must for all lovers of great cinema (and I do not mean "Titanic" or "Independence Day"), and all lovers of beautiful, passionate music will simply adore this soundtrack: The main theme is simply amazing and I would almost versteigen to compare this music in their evocative power with great romantics like Grieg and Prokofiev ... Unfortunately the second part falls towards the compositions by Trevor Jones a little off, but also Randy Edelman has its strong moments. The whole is rounded by a beautiful (unfortunately too short!) Song Of The Irish "Clannad". Unconditional recommendation!
