Over the years I have tried many baking tins that were satisfactory also in "their time" - but now there is the "La Conditoria" of Birkmann, and it exceeds all expectations for my part. The cake can be from the ground and from the edge easily solved, the real icing on the "i" is the silicone ring around the bottom edge. It prevents juices run out of the mold and burning in the oven, making the cake, of course, so juicy. The cleaning is super light, and the lower edge of curvature can easily be cleaned, because you simply peel the silicone ring and washed separately. All in all a springform pan, which inspired again for baking - not to mention the fantastic price-performance ratio at Amazon, and the fast delivery overnight ... just typical Amazon!
