I ordered the Jongliebälle of Mister M about a week ago and the delivery was very fast. Unfortunately, one of the balls had a small mistake at a seam. Then I Hrn. Halbig, which itself unasked inquired after the satisfaction of the product, sent a photo and for a replacement faulty Balls asked. Then I immediately two new balls were sent with a recommendation, the faulty to glue. Thus, sometimes one of the best, friendliest and most satisfying customer service I've ever experienced.
The balls are top notch juggling, even though I hardly have comparison experience here, they are great in the hand and appear after a week using as new nor. The video tutorial is extremely helpful, especially if you really juggle for the first time. I have about 45 minutes for the first successful passages needed.
The next time you buy appropriate juggling equipment, I will definitely buy again.
