Benefits
+ Super Graphics
+ Great atmosphere
+ Incredible number of licenses
+ Very relistisches gameplay, AI plays very well, and have done so on Semi-Professional!
+ Corners much more realistic
+ New penalty system convinced after acclimatization
+ Very high replayability
+ All much more fluid and dynamic
+ Challenging for the ball much better implemented

Disadvantages
- Free-kicks impossible
- Referee AI should be revised again
- In Online mode should be punished deliberately leaving the game

Conclusion:

Overall a good game, only to be recommended.
Much better than the 2010 version by some interesting innovations.
If you've played before Fifa on the PC, forget it, it's better on PS3 light years.
