Could be, anyway, this is still one of my favorite plates. I grew up with Rio Reiser and still remember one summer when I was with my father at the lake and we have heard this album in the car and then on the Walkman. That must have been about 88/89, then I was 6 or 7. Today I am 25 and this album is still more than audible. The music is good, but the lyrics are even better because Rios absolute strength. Starting with the firecrackers "all lies" about the sad but beautiful ballad "Junimond" to "At night," one sees Rios musical range and his poetic talent. All pieces are equipped with deepest emotion and total of more sad / bleak. You can tell what a sensitive person Rio and how hard he had reason to bear on many. If you want something to deal with the history of Rio and his former band "Ton Steine shards", which had "No power for nobody - the history of sound Steiner shards" suggested that on Amazon Again uA available and I really highly recommend can.
