The rubbing was delivered well packed with a protective sheath. This protection is needed also because the solid stainless steel cutting edges are razor sharp. I therefore forbid the grater on even with this protection. The handle of the grater is very ergonomic and thanks to the rubberised surface and skid-proof, so you even with wet hands, the rubbing firmly in hand.
Since we wanted to try the grater, so we have therefore made lemon zest and yes, the grater is extremely sharp. Really easy slid the lemon over the grater. With virtually no effort and in no time we received the desired amount of lemon zest. The size of 32.5 x 3.5 x 3 cm is also perfect. Very practical is the fact that it is dishwasher safe. ;) At the end of the grater small rubber feet are incidentally still attached, so that the friction is fixed at the base and can not slip.
Price-performance ratio! I would buy more again.
