The connection was made simply to the old DVB-T receiver. To our surprise, the reception is better than the old antenna, which was considerably bulkier. At some stations, where it every now and then came in between to block noise / Pixelartefarkten, the picture is now much more stable.
The compact size allows the antenna to place on each window sill, without obstructing the view. Currently there is not something man can complain about, which is why I can recommend the antenna.
Just a little note: To my knowledge, the frequencies in the 700 megahertz band are (old DVB-T) sold, so that they will be used in mobile communications. Then comes a new DVBT-2 standard. The frequency range of the antenna is indicated by UHF 470-860MHZ. It must therefore be seen how long it will still be sent to these frequencies. Since the antenna but was cheap to buy, the risk is manageable.
