Whether the Browse yields only meaningful information in many Internet forums, I doubt strongly. Intrigued me was definitely on this interesting kitchen utensil. My little therefore follows, hopefully too much nonsense and hoax freed review:
The Turk Eisnpfanne, 24 cm (these are the dimensions at the top) is suitable for a hotplate at about 17 cm in diameter. As can be seen in the pictures, it is relatively flat. The dimensions are suitable for frying for 12 persons, for more it's too small. With its 1.15 kg (manufacturer) is relatively heavy compared to most other pans of their size.
I have the pan after receipt as in the enclosed care instructions described with some detergent soaked briefly and then scrubbed with a brush. The corrosion protection is, according to demand from the manufacturer only a thin, almost invisible film and can be removed easily. So do not worry that here a lacquer layer must be removed with brute force. The color results from the manufacturing process. After cleaning it was baked with potato skins and a lot of salt. I've been waiting here so long, until the shells and the salt was a brown mass, in the production of coal was renounced. Nevertheless, it did not come to some smoke, but so strong that the neighbors felt compelled to call the fire department.
After the inauguration was the pan fried what else !? Initially stayed stick a little fried food on the ground, but after some time it was getting better. After some use, it has developed significantly better anti-adhesion properties than any non-stick pan that has come to me until now in the hands (although they were mostly reasonably favorable pans, but also this pipe is indeed in a rather low price category). Usually it is enough just to rinse the pan with clean water and then wipe with a paper towel. Was it when cooking something greasy to, I wipe it in time sometimes with salt and oils then. On detergent I renounce.
It can really prepare everything in the pan. I suppose they also times to fry tomatoes or other acidic things now and then end up in times sauces. This has proven so far but problems absolutely. Neither rust nor lack of patina (= non-stick properties) have set themselves. It is durable and it can be safely therein poking with metal or be eaten directly from it. Yes, potatoes are also in nice and crispy, but succeed with any other pan.
As far as I am concerned, this is a fairly low-maintenance here skillet for any purpose with excellent frying. For this purpose it still looks good. Clear recommendation (not only) for the small purse.
