When the game finally arrived, the big surprise. A new DVD, without any scratches; and it was not working. The console constantly complained that she could not read the DVD and I should not hesitate to clean with a cloth. But even that did not help. The DVD was not playable. By comparison, all other titles from my collection continued to function without problems. That was something I had never experienced in my life console.
I then created in Ubisoft a service ticket (20/12/2014), which went unanswered for days. Ok, I thought. It's Christmas and perhaps the service at Ubisoft has opened over the holidays scaled down somewhat. So I waited patiently until 29.12.2014 before I decided to ask by phone at Ubisoft. Phone: A really nice service employee who suggested me to exchange the game, because it could happen before, that an error on the DVD is burned during production (wtf ?!). Thanks to Amazon, this request was fulfilled without any problems and I give 2 days later a new DVD, which was ordered from another vendor on Amazon, so it does not come from the same production batch or likely to be reduced for that. But again, no chance. The game can not be read. Frustrated over such poor quality with a XBox game went the DVD at the end for reimbursement completely back.
A Onlinerechere about also found that I am not the only one with an old XBox 360 (my console is really very very old) met on these issues. Apparently Ubisoft is here unable game for each generation of the XBox to bring to market 360 errors.
So my rating:
+1 Star that the game itself is very well (on the PC I can still use them).
-100 Star for the support and over lack of support and quality of the XBox 360 version by Ubisoft!
PS: In my service ticket, which I have constantly expanded with the latest knowledge, came to date (11/01/2015) still no reaction. For such a thing, I then absolutely no understanding and become aware of in the future try to avoid games from Ubisoft.
