I have it buy there a moment, the sending etai corecte, good sharpening stone, so I am butcher j longer uses the 1000 side but very rarely the 3000 good side for me it is the best way to have knives that cuts without much effort, I recommend especially for cooks, I recommend to plug a 1000 and one side has the 400 would ideal for meat because the razor knife n Acroche not enough
