Dunno if previous customers have never seen better bags, but this case is a joke.
Well, it has a robust frame is large and has plenty of storage space, but is well laid out in the not far.
Inside the frame has a padding, but is equipped with 2 pointed small buttons (2 top left and right, where the holder is fixed to the handle and each one on each side, left and right closer towards the handle). This can be dangerous for the laptop are (scratch halt) in reciprocating Hergewackel. For a 18.4 "device is also much too large, dunno why the mention the EVER in the description, but with zusätlicher padding go (own fabrication).
Many large pockets has this thing but none applied sense, so no small sub-compartments for USBs, business cards or anything.
The handle has a removable, clumsy but stable Kunstoffhalterung which is however so bulky that you can hold the bag just uncomfortable.
+ Gross and stable frame, plenty of storage space (but not be closed)
- Little meaningful place.
- Zipper often hakelt.
- Scratches danger (not necessarily, but possible)
Despite all these shortcomings can live with the bag, but there are much better (although nich here the time for 18-19 inch). Who can live with it can buy the bag quietly, but as I said, this is a bit clumsy and not rational.
