When mounting in the garage I have the holder mounted only on high so that the arm does not fit under the ceiling.
A short installation manual would be helpful.
But if the whole thing hangs on the wall, it's super:
Make cycling in the rail, hold with one hand, swivel bracket on top of the longitudinal bar, finished. No additional clamping devices, fuses, etc. required, the bike depends earthquake-proof, even though I was skeptical from the photos.
A horizontal bar (as high as possible) must be the bike but have; the hook that holds it is not rotatable.
So whether the wall bracket is suitable for women's or children's bikes with low entry, I can not judge.
