Birdhouse nice shipment with UPS my thing

The key cottage is sweet and already the 2nd, we use it for your room key or keys for the guest toilet and back up the keys from the access of our little girl, so she does not include herself.
The shipment was carried by UPS, perhaps for the sender, but in my view, by no means for the recipient an advantage. Much trouble, afterwards calling (expensive !!) to never at the seller as long as the ships to the package to coming back with UPS. Unfortunately have not respected it.
