The announced black is actually black brown. So it is not "black dark" but the very dark brown. Otherwise, the fabric is thin enough and finishes well. The background is a separate element and add / fix and give place to the cubic appearance. The sides and bottom are moderately stiff cardboard covered with the fabric.
For the price, this is very correct. Good value for money.
