As a convinced G9 users I have longer flirted with this product. The reason was the opposite of the G9 output shorter focal length. As a convinced users M8 I use the small Canon as occasional camera to always carry when the camera bag must stay at home, but the best picture of the apparatus is that happens to be there. By purchasing I hesitated longer because I was initially confused by the "noise debate". Long story short: I hereby give an unqualified recommendation to buy from, the noise is in the typical everyday photo is no problem at all Even otherwise the camera is fast, easy to use and a battery charge lasts for sure long enough through.. Disadvantage? The now obligatory impudence of the manufacturer to resolve any printed manual with such a costly product. However, the operation of the camera, as I said, quite simply :-)
