I run my first triathlon in July and am an avid runner (middle distance - Marathon). A fellow triathlete has a black roll gave me 2 years ago - mainly for regeneration after running or training like he said. Of course I was skeptical - a foam roller and regeneration? But it works, and works! So now the Power Roll - the same effect but with turbo function. One thing is clear - without dampening pad as a fitness mat or similar you should only use it off (then works like a normal role) I use them the way, while lying on the bed, sitting down (sofa or chair) and it works very well.
I personally extend the first 3 levels completely, but my "heavyweight" friends take Level 4 grateful to ... Right now, the role of the big hit and everyone wants to try. I am far from the results (short intense exercises, especially in the field leg and gluteal, good relaxation, faster regeneration) enthusiastic and will continue to report.
