Already bought this book in stores in late 2011 (sorry, Amazon!) And I is excellent, although if all revenues were illustrated this would have been even better. The copy I have to buy is to offer a friend. This is not a "Bocuse resto" but a "Bocuse house", that is to say that there is real recipes to make at home, reasonably priced and with ingredients easy to find if you have a well-stocked market and a hypermarket near you! Of course, there is the key Bocuse making classic recipes even better.
