When I first heard of this game, I knew I must have it. It sounded exciting and different. And I was not disappointed.
Layton is together with his assistant Luke solve a mystery about a mysterious village.
He meets many inconsistencies and many puzzles.
These are sometimes quite familiar tasks such as "A man is a goat, bring a wolf and a cabbage from island A to island B, but can always take only 2 .... etc" and completely new puzzles. Some are fairly easy, and some can really headache.
The player can guess quickly, our ends. Nevertheless, the game in this RPG is maintained.
The graphics are okay, (I like this kind of graphics - simple but adequate) and the music is appropriate - not too annoying in the puzzles. The voice outputs are in English, only German subtitles. This is admittedly a bit ugly, but who really wants to play this game, you should be able to read and therefore it is not an obstacle.
I personally had a lot of fun in this game. There are also a few extra games that you can play by the way, for example, Luke and Layton hotel room dishwasher correctly. If they are dissolved, obtained an extra puzzles.
