Bosu trainer Sports: Versatile exercise tool with a fun factor

The Bosu Trainer Sports (55 cm diameter) is a versatile training device for home use. It is possible to make more challenging by the wobbly surface most classic gymnastic exercises such as squats, lunges, pushups. The Bosu trainer can be rotated on the spherical surface, and be used as a balance board. Standing on the smooth contact surface, one can use it as a miniature trampoline and make Dotz- and jumping exercises to stabilize. That is fun and just the bare feet is a great feeling for your feet.

I opted for the smaller version of the Bosu trainer because it is much cheaper and small enough to fit under the bed. Since I do not know the bigger, I can not judge whether the minor has any restrictions. The Bosu website I was not smart in terms of differences.

The Bosu trainer is supplied with a small exercise book, a guide and a small hand pump. The hand pump was more than adequate for the inflation. The exercise book is really thin, but for starters also sufficient. A book or a DVD as a supplement are helpful for training.

The price I find quite salted. But the workmanship is good. The machine looks after it for a few years without damage with power ... as long as you do not just gymnastics with heels.

Conclusion: I have fun with the device and can not find anything negative. Therefore, full marks.
