Box is good, service is not

The delivery took place after about a week and included loud "package insert" 1 short stop line, 1 carrying bag, 1 small pendant pocket and 1 fake fur blanket. The construction was very simple, the box is stable and has all ventilation grille. However, the tether and 1 carbine Annexes bag was missing was defective. The company to reach by phone a bit difficult, since only the AB goes off. Recall after three days, which was communicated to me that the line is no longer part of the delivery, the bag would naturally replaced. After 2.5 weeks nothing was there, after re-contact (see above) were told the Post would have come back wg incorrect address. Then the replacement finally arrived after another week!
Conclusion: Box is good, service is not
