I ordered this unit, was delivered incomplete (missing the axis brake for paper dispenser) I made it back for exchange, the second item delivered identical problem. it appears after information taken near TEFAL there would be a bug, the box containing the article being too small, the axis has been systematically zapped. TEFAL the company kindly provided me the missing piece. as what it is better to go to the saints rather than his apostles.
