following the purchase of this device, you can not remove the spool.
Not wanting to return to this problem, I have contact service Einhell.
After purchase of the piece (70 euros) I received a simple iron bar that does not solve my problem. Maintenet SAV turned a deaf ear and no longer responds to my email.
EINHELL it's over for me.
