So I contacted the customer service Desigual wants me absolutely not trade it because I have not bought in a store Official Desigual.
According to them, this is the store where I bought it (Amazon.com) to take on poorly made seams by Desigual therefore a manufacturing defect.
I confess I have never been confronted with a society that is leaking as much its responsibility for manufacturing defects and is so close to an exchange.
I know that the goods were manufactured by them and I do not see how the responsibility of a dealer store is taken into account.
