First Impression:
The packaging is sufficient and it all fits into it. At the appearance of the Braun shaver I had to get used only once, because my current shaver (Braun 7000 series) had a rectangular shape. I looked at the travel case and quickly realized that only the razor, does not fit the additional power supply there. Although it's just a normal cable with plug is yes. OK. I think a charged shaver keeps already made some time that saves luggage.
Shaving results:
I have not shaved with intent a few days and wanted to know how it is with the new shaver. My expectation was very high and I have to say that shaving was done better and faster than with my current shaver. But I had to repeatedly shave a point about it, so that all the hair went away. I just wanted to even have a place and everything is now smooth as a baby's bottom. I had problems with the slightly longer hair. They wanted simply can not be wegrasieren. Well, that's what the extra shaving head, manually for extending. At first I found the cutting surface as a bit too small, but that also has some advantages, more on that later.
My first shave was fast and good. Much better than before.
The next day, I noticed a not unprecedented advantage: I was with the shaving operation in less than 2 minutes ready. The fact that I only had to shave the beard daily, I was ready Ruck Zuck. Great, so does shave fun. Fast, thorough and easily.
But the razor is more able, so I waited until the weekend, so I had time to test it on.
Since I only have a few hairs on the head, I need a razor, with which I can wegrasieren my last hair. It was only two weeks ago when I last shaved on his head and wondered whether the shaver so that is done.

Now I wanted to test the water resistance of the razor and whether the shaver for a few chest hairs I have is suitable. Disadvantages:
One disadvantage I see in the 9040s WD Brown, that he has no charging station, where I can put the razor clean. The travel case is not as convenient for it. I have it like that my razor is parked at hand and clean.
Something critical I looked, I saw the price. Should I buy a razor, which is twice as expensive as my present? The not even a parking and loading station has?
On the other hand, there is the description that the shaver completely designed in Germany, will be developed and produced, and that it was designed for a period of at least 7 years. This justifies the price and I support but rather employer here in Germany. If the price is still a disadvantage?
