Breakdown-bound u. No support

I subscribed to the software for several years and was always very satisfied. Was also never what, maybe the program thanks to. Well, if I ... at that time I captured my Bundestrojaner now think, it has not prevented.
This year, however, piled up the problems:
First revealed to the user interface, the program is inactive. GData informed that it was a representation of error. The program was working properly; it is working on a solution.
That came with the next update. Henceforth, the program reported repeated "critical errors".
Multiple attempts to uninstall and reinstall failed because I was told by the program, I need to at least Windows Vista or later. Well, I have Windows 7, though to me the program refused as I said even the uninstallation.
The "premium support" did not respond to e-mails in this regard and the hotline told me for days, all employees were talking, I may later call.
But only the sales immediately went to the telephone and promised a call back of the support, which did not come until today.
In order to establish the days PC protection again, I installed a competitor's product and terminated GData.
With the acknowledgment of receipt was told that one was not willing to share remittance of already paid annual subscription.
So I can only strongly advise against the product.
By the way: GData Internet Security to get final of the hard drive required a complete Windows reinstallation. Who did that once with a 2 1/2 year old Windows 7, knows what that is. In my case 14 hours without reinstalling my software and it still lacks 41 "important" updates. Thank GData.
