The but only as a side note. Why do I love Prince so much?
Sometime early 80s I saw a Purple Rain concert by chance on TV,
until then I was able to make friends with any pop music particularly.
His musical ability and innovative energy is unique and
unequaled level of perfection. I would not compare him with Mozart,
but with Picasso. In his music is about delimitation, and nothing works
closer to me than this sense, this talent, this ability to express,
this virtuosity.
If I should even go into a coma: Wake me up with Prince.
In terms of diversity, the romance, the charisma of "Purple Rain"
is "art official age" quite modest and phased inconsequential.
None of the tunes of the new tracks would in the best albums of the 80 a
Had a chance. And yet: What Prince from this even fabric brings out,
relaxed, lucid, yet enigmatic, yet is an event and a journey of discovery.
Is a complete mystery to me how you can not see that this man of outstanding musicians
this planet is.
The best Prince album for a long time, but as I said, but only a 3+.
And how such a creepy cover (and the hair !!) by waving can genuinely uncomfortable;
as if it had "Around the world in a day", "Parade" and "Love Sexy" never existed.
