BREAKING edges EAR

I order via Amazon at Daffodil earpiece August EP 620. Very fast delivery as usual from Amazon.
Connect the headset to my phone without problems.
I put my ear to see if I bear, I removed two hours later, around the broken ear. I decided to start the second that breaks immediately. Having read reviews of other buyers, I handled these perimeters with delicacy and they are broken anyway.
A real crap, headset unusable, so I put zero.
I sent an email to the 03/02/15 Daffodil (Digitaldaffodil) asking what he could do for me, knowing that this is a recurring problem. No response from the careless dealer customer satisfaction. In conclusion, brand and retailer to avoid.
