The processing of the machine is in my view night good, the service is available with 3 buttons easy: water heating in the center until it stops blinking, then press either the left or right 1 cup 2 cups button. The temperature of the beverage is hot, as it should be and the time for heating the beverage is also quite fast.
One can in the machine not to specify how much you want to have in a cup, it's always the same amount.
The water tank on the back has markings to the level, the tank is easy to remove and to be filled with water, into place does the tank quickly.
