Brilliant! Sharp!!!

I have an expensive knife that unfortunately some point no longer so cut like the first day. I just well read about various grinding methods - make a science in itself and all very complicated and can be a lot of upside. Above all, I was afraid that I more harm than good my beautiful knife.
Several times was plus referred to as the ne plus ultra in the sources to the Graef CC 120. So I ventured investment - after all, I'll do my lifetime use this device in all probability and nothing I hate more than dull blades! The price the unit is only slightly more expensive than a very good sharpening steel and I wanted to buy myself three different sharpening stones, then it would be even more expensive! So I found the price / performance ratio akzpetierbar.

The investment has paid off fully. This device is particularly easy to use - even if you have no advanced degree is in knife sharpening. I'm totally happy! Above all, I can really see that the blade is razor-sharp and the knife not only momentarily better cuts because I actually zerfraest the blade and have ruined it, as is the case with other Schaer remote. No, the blade is really perfect erected and sharpened!

Have of course all my blade sharpened on this unit, the 'lower' knife, so the cheaper design. These were great sharp!

This device is absolutely great for people who
a. can not live without sharp knife
b. want to keep their expensive knife lifetime
c. no big clue wish of all the different Schleifstaerken, grinding angles, etc. but trotztdem really sharp knives.

The way I see it, I'm going to have to my life to buy a new knife more.
