Because no useful message on the answering machine, I had to exchange the unit. In the new device using the Freiprecheinrichtung the caller is unusable because hardly can understand something (on the cordless phone worked, but this properly). The outgoing message is not entirely clear and clean to achieve. Comprehensive e-mail correspondence with Brother led to an overall unsatisfactory earnings. I recommended that the Brother Customer Service more time to read the customer requests to take because my requests were repeatedly answered incompletely. The problem has not been solved. My request to switch on the distributor / sales line has not been complied with.
