I have been an old Series 5 shaver me almost 10 (!) Has done faithful service years (first generation of Series 5 with cleaning station). In fact, he still worked well and even the battery had to be charged only 1-2 times a week. But that bothered me to the old razor that in certain areas (neck, side. Chin) repeatedly longer hairs were not recorded. The many positive reviews and the cashback campaign of Brown led me then too new purchase. Clearly better the shave is not compared to the old razor. He shaved a much less invasive, but still, the skin feels smoother not to. However, I have since then also no longer whiskers more (although I'm not sure if it's because I pay more attention to date, or whether the razor really caught all stubble). Gained clearly has the battery capacity. I invite the razor currently once a week, but really only because of the cleaning. Lt. Display times consumed just one segment of the capacity indicator. Conclusion: good part, if you previously did not have a good dry shavers, but the transition from the old Braun shaver really not worth it really. I just hope that this holds at least as long.
