But really a great product verschlimmbessert on time!

We had purchased the Mobile 2008 for our first son and he was - actually like all children of which we know - love this Mobile. The birds are very nice, 2 of them even squeak, and when the kids get them to grasp, tear is not equal to the hook from the wall because the birds are attached with magnets. In principle, a super product!

BUT: we bought the Mobile in early 2012 once more. The product has been revised obviously part of the manufacturer. Although the above-mentioned positive points are still valid, but the revision (probably for reasons of cost) makes the product still worse. Significant criticisms are:
- Birds have only on top of a magnetic surface, ie birds can no longer look with the eyes down the child underneath; before the birds could be hung not only on the back, but also on the belly
- Frames for magnets are made of plastic instead of wood (in the "old" version was the small hemispherical sockets for the magnets of colorful painted wood; now they look really cheap looking)

I would recommend this product while still recommend, but somehow one should give to the manufacturers but that such a revision might the profitability of the product increases, but the customer receives an inferior product. I think that's a real shame.
