Too bad .. really a great product

I'm actually a standard customer here at Amazon. A rating is seen as recession I write only when I am absolutely convinced of the product or unfortunately very disappointed.
And here I have to say now that I am not convinced.

Actually, this set is ideal. The rails are super processed, it is also an installation manual here.
The tracks are fairly easy to attach to the wall.
But then the part is used in the assembly, where one has to wonder why do you make a perfect product broken by such sloppiness. Now you have to rather introduce the much too thick nylon ropes in the much too small holes of Schraubgleiter. Moreover, these small holes have a ridge, so you have to find quite quickly that was here save at the wrong end.
The supplier recommends in the installation instructions by the way, one should sharpen with a cutter knife, the nylon ropes easily.
I then also made. Thank you for this great experience. I would the next time love to pass up.
