One of the biggest problems is that while there are always hundreds of Macro keys, I really wanted to fill this but for the most part only with normal keyboard commands. SWTOR has four quick slot bars, the best keyboard for me would be one that accurately reflects this. Ultimately, I decided for the Anansi and thus also had the best (for me) keyboard selected as the profile keys are accessible, without me having to move your hand from the keyboard center away (as in almost all other keyboards with many additional keys).
The keyboard is constructed quite simple and does not require unnecessary frills therefore, making it a total of pleasant narrow, at least compared to the G19 is a piece narrower.
The pressure point is similar to that of Logitech keyboards is pleasant and that he is too weak, I can not understand. The keystroke is in my opinion much better than the Roccat Valo I could in a Saturn retest times and was just vague.
The WASD control is good, the 5 macro keys easily accessible and also the thumb buttons are easy to use.
So much for the basics, we come to the very core.
The software allows almost any key with a Macro or a specific function to provide. The ingenuity So are there almost no limits and the most complex functions can be covered well. You can create profiles that are changed either automatically or by pressing a key. The illumination color of the keyboard can be pretty much any color to the color sequence. A nice effect is that the keyboard while pressing the function keys (like Ctrl or Alt) changes color.
The heart should be the thumb buttons. These are pre-assigned with different combinations of function keys (that is, a CTRL, ALT, the next, the next Shift + Ctrl ....). This can be activated without hand sprain a second profile.
In the game that works surprisingly well. I also use a Naga, did so on the mouse 12 buttons. By means of the new thumb buttons I now have both the Naga and on the numeric keypad up to 7 additional profiles can be accessed using the thumb buttons. You get used to also extremely fast, I'm using the keyboard especially chat and motion control WASD. The thumb buttons I use the skills with the mouse to activate.
The keyboard also fits well for shooter or RTS, so that you can act there comfortably.
My personal Minuspukte:
- No display. I had accustomed myself to the display of the G19 although I have actually read the NRU time ...
- No additional USB ports. The keyboard itself needs two ports on their own but can not be connected.
- Key hanger as in the other review described, however, I was able to confirm, after a firmware update (very easy to do) not.
Conclusion:
The Anasi is intended for MMO players, makes an assessment only from this point of sense. I have therefore decided to 5 stars. The keyboard is not perfect, the attack could still be a touch better, a display would be a good addition, and the add-on software, there are so far only for WOW and Warhammer Online. However, all this does not fall so much weight and makes them (at least for me), the play considerably more pleasant and easier and is for MMO's the best keyboard that can be had in the market. In combination with a Naga simply IMBA)
