Cable Features Good, Bad packaging

The cable itself is really great, transmits my films Ruckelfrei and in HD from the computer to the television.
Sound is also supported as well as 3D really great.
Unfortunately, the 10m cable was too tightly wound. So I have now still bulges in the cable. Does not look good, can not really good embarrassed / fix. I hope indeed that it looks normal but maybe someday ..
If the cable a little looser or more wrapped'd then it would get 5 stars, just so it annoys me every time I walk to my TV over and the curled cable see.

After I got a message through the Customer Service and CSL have described my "problem" can I get a replacement product. Will make another entry as soon as arrived.

The contact with the customer service of CSL was very nice. Today I received the replacement cable. It is wound much more loosely, therefore no curves in the cable are included and it is normal especially when it is handled.
