The advice in Telekom was very cumbersome and time consuming, but eventually it comes back with the exchange-Speed Port and the original cable. Of course, the network needs to be adjusted, and the 200 phone numbers from the old port speed are re-enter. A total disaster. I can not say with certainty that the cable was to blame, but it has so been looking. The people of Telekom have me - too late - warned that one should always hernehmen only the original cables. But there is no choice!
