The manufacturer's support has let me know because of my request that the present damage to a mechanical action points and such damage in normal operation can not occur without mechanical action. I must countered based on my personal experience, that within 2 years I won 2 cables are broken with me, although no excessive stress had taken place.
The problem of the cable is in my opinion the fact that it is relatively stiff and meet at the Y-junction, so to speak two different stiffness degrees to each other, making the transition from the clutch to the simple (TRS) cable to a breaking point, so once the cable is bent, that part of the cable, which threatens follows directly after the coupling, compared with the double guided RCA cable which is weaker and more vulnerable by, and to break the cord right there. I bought now anyway 3x shielded cables from a different manufacturer and hoping for a better experience.
The "InLine Cinch / jack cable, 2x RCA plug to 3.5mm plug" I can not therefore recommend, if you should plan to want to use it for more than 2 years.
